Hi All masters skaters
A concerted effort is being made to promote and develop our category in the UK. After discussions with clubs is was established there were many masters skaters still actively involved in the sport. After a much more detailed analysis it was clear that we needed our own competition as there was 28 skaters still involved and who wanted to get back into racing.
A masters only competition was announced and immediately 13 skaters entered with a possible 3 more maybes
This effort is now continuing and a further number have now been contacted who have left the sport and who maybe interested in competing again in our own category. Another event had been penciled in for September 2010 so will keep all posted after this event.
